Sembawang Anchor to Offer 1,310 Shorter Waiting Time Flats in November 2026 BTO

Sembawang Anchor leads the shorter waiting time offer

Sembawang Anchor will offer 1,310 BTO flats in the November 2026 exercise, with a waiting time of 2 years 10 months. Located in Sembawang North, between Admiralty Lane and Sembawang Drive, the project has six residential blocks, including an integrated block with sold and rental flats. Flat types for sale are 2-room Flexi, 3-room, 4-room, and 5-room.

How it compares with other projects

Bayshore Oasis, with 855 flats, and Plantation Dew, with 710 flats, each have a waiting time of 3 years 2 months. Of these three shorter waiting time projects, only Sembawang Anchor is under three years. The November exercise offers about 7,960 flats across seven projects.
