A key collection checklist you can tick off in the unit, a room by room defect list, and a hand on the ground if you want one. Free, and there's no sign up.
Your lawyer's letter and the developer's appointment notice set your personal slot. Until they arrive, the dates on this page are the developer's to confirm, so bookmark it rather than relying on a screenshot.

These boxes are tickable on your phone, so you can work through them in the unit. Nothing's saved, it's just there to keep you on track.
Tape and photograph every defect with a wide shot and a close-up, then submit it in writing through the developer's official channel. Keep your own copy and the submission date.
I'm on the ground at The Hill @ One-North through the collection weeks. Pick what's useful, skip what isn't.
I'll join your appointment, go through the checklist with you, and point out what I'd raise.
Every defect photographed, labelled, and organised into a clean list that's ready for the developer's channel.
Getting the unit rental-ready, pricing against what's actually available nearby, and finding the right tenant.
A clear view of recent transactions, current supply, and your holding costs, so you can decide with the numbers in front of you.
All figures are estimates only, not guaranteed, and may change. Loan approval questions belong with your banker, and tax computation with a tax advisor.
Comment HILL on any of my The Hill @ One-North posts and I'll DM you a printable copy of this checklist, plus collection updates as the developer releases them. Prefer WhatsApp? Just send me the word HILL.
Key collection is expected to start around 12 October 2026, and the developer confirms the exact date. Your personal slot comes in the developer's appointment notice, so keep your registered contact details current with your lawyer and the developer.
Always in writing, through the developer's official defect channel, never verbally on site. Your exact deadline is in your sale and purchase documents and the developer's handover pack, so confirm it in writing and diarise a reminder a month ahead.
Don't. Once works start, developer defects can't be told apart from renovation damage, and the developer can decline to fix them. Inspect, submit, and then renovate, with the managing agent's approval in hand.
Every owner named on the title should attend. If one can't, check the appointment notice for what the developer accepts instead, and arrange it early so you don't lose your slot.
Tell me your unit number and what you're planning, and I'll take it from there.
