Lucerne Grand launch weekend: 350 homes sold, what buyers should compare

CDL reported that 350 of Lucerne Grand’s 570 homes had sold by 6 pm on 4 October 2026. Sales began on 3 October. The developer described the project’s average pricing as S$2,480 per square foot.

The sales count is a dated launch-weekend snapshot. It does not establish which homes are available today. The project average also does not establish the price of an individual unit.
