Beauty World Plaza has entered a new collective-sale tender with a S$165 million guide price. Sole marketing agent ETC announced the exercise on 13 October 2026 and gives the closing time as 3pm on 19 November 2026.
This is a tender launch. The announcement does not establish that a buyer has acquired the property or paid the guide price.
ETC describes the property as a 999-year leasehold mixed-use development beside Beauty World MRT station. It says the residential portion has received outline planning permission for serviced apartments, with potential for about 108 keys based on a minimum unit size of 35 square metres.
Those planning details are attributed to the marketing agent. The underlying permission letter was not independently inspected for this article. Potential accommodation keys should not be presented as completed apartments or homes available for purchase.
When comparing property announcements, label each price by its purpose. A guide price belongs in an asking-price column. A verified transaction belongs in a separate column with its own source and date. Combining the two can make a comparison misleading.
For this type of mixed-use opportunity, useful documents to request include the tender conditions, the precise planning permission and its conditions, and any current tenancy schedule. Check the documents themselves before making assumptions about permitted use, vacant possession, conversion costs or future income.
